Accessibility

We strive to make experiences accessible. Many tours can accommodate mobility devices with advance notice. Contact us to discuss specific requirements so we can recommend appropriate experiences or arrange modifications.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before scheduled tour receive full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 50% fee to compensate guide preparation and held capacity. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us result in full refund or rescheduling.

Language Options

Tours primarily operate in English. Some guides offer tours in Mandarin, Spanish, or French with advance arrangement. Specify language preference when booking.

Photography and Privacy

Guides may take group photos during tours for promotional purposes. Participants can opt out by informing the guide at tour start. We do not share individual participant information with third parties.
