By accessing and using this website and booking services offered by elm-stag, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

elm-stag provides guided urban exploration experiences including walking tours, food and wine tours, adventure activities, cultural experiences, private group tours, and photography tours in Australian cities.

Booking and Payment

Booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation email. Payment terms will be specified in booking confirmation communications.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour incur a 50% cancellation fee. Tours cancelled by elm-stag due to weather or unforeseen circumstances result in full refund or rescheduling options.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive at designated meeting points on time
• Follow guide instructions and safety recommendations
• Respect cultural protocols and community norms
• Behave appropriately and not disrupt the experience for others
• Disclose any health conditions that may affect participation

Liability Limitations

Participants engage in tours at their own risk. elm-stag is not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or property damage during tours
• Losses resulting from tour cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• Dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of tour experiences

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage but recommend participants obtain their own travel insurance.

Photography and Media

Guides may photograph tours for promotional purposes. Participants appearing in photos may be used in marketing materials unless they opt out by notifying the guide at tour commencement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by elm-stag or licensed for our use. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to maintain accurate information on our website, tour details, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors or outdated information.

User Conduct

Users of this website agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Transmit harmful code or interfere with site functionality
• Harvest information for commercial purposes without authorization
